Introducing MIXYS: Revolutionizing Mixing System Simulations

We are thrilled to announce MIXYS, a cutting-edge web application that is currently under development by Simtec team and that will transform the way industries approach mixing system design and optimization. In industries like food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, paint, fertilizers and construction, efficient mixing is crucial but traditionally, defining the ideal setup takes too much time, energy, and resources.

MIXYS will be an advanced web-based simulation platform that wil leverage AI, Reduced Order Models (ROMs), and cloud computing. MIXYS will deliver fast, optimized results with minimal effort even for users without expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

    MIXYS

MIXYS will empower users to create efficient mixing setups with ease, minimizing energy consumption, resources, and environmental impact. Its intuitive workflow will simplify the details of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), making accurate simulation results accessible even to those without CFD expertise.

    What Will Make MIXYS Different?

    • Seamless workflow – Model, simulate, and optimize with ease.
    • No experience on CFD needed – The application will be used by anyone even without any experience on CFD.
    • AI-powered intelligence – Leveraging Machine Learning, Reduced Order Models (ROM), and Neural Networks for smarter simulations.
    • Sustainability at its core – Reduce energy and resource consumption, minimizing the environmental footprint.
    • Smooth User Experience – An intuitive web UI will make setup and analysis simple and accessible.
    • Powered by Industry Expertise – Built on 25 years of Simtec CFD and software development knowledge.

A Platform Built for the Future

MIXYS is currently under development with Greek government public co-funding under the EU-backed “NextGenerationEU” initiative.

Stay tuned for updates and get ready to redefine the way mixing systems are designed.
