Introductory Training to Ansys Maxwell - 18 March

This Introductory Training to Ansys Maxwell course provides a foundational understanding of low-frequency electromagnetic simulations using Ansys Maxwell. Through instructor-led lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, participants will explore key concepts such as magnetostatics, eddy currents, transient analysis, and multiphysics coupling. The course also covers best practices for geometry setup, material selection, boundary conditions, and solver configurations, ensuring accurate and efficient simulations. Additionally, attendees will learn how to perform parametric optimization to refine designs and enhance performance. Through a combination of instructor-led lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, participants will explore key topics such as signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and thermal integrity (TI) in high-speed electronic designs. The course covers best practices for geometry setup, material properties, boundary conditions, and solver configurations, ensuring accurate and efficient simulations. Attendees will also learn how to analyze impedance, crosstalk, power distribution networks (PDN), and electromagnetic interference (EMI) to optimize PCB performance.
